What we collect
When you submit our quote form we collect the fields you fill in: ZIP code, what you're looking for, your name, email, phone number, optional best time to call, and any notes you add. We also receive technical data your browser sends automatically — IP address, browser type, and referring page — which our analytics and hosting use to keep the site running.
What we use it for
Returning your call or text, emailing test results and quotes, and following up on the work we did or estimated for you. We do not use your contact information for unrelated marketing campaigns, and we don't add you to a generic mailing list when you ask us a question.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission until you ask us to delete it, with a maximum retention of two years from your last interaction. If we did paid work for you, basic records (invoice, service history) may be kept longer for tax and warranty reasons. To request deletion, contact us using the details below — we'll confirm within 30 days.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We don't trade it. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate the business — for example, our website host, email service, and payment processor — and only the minimum each one needs to do its job. If a court ever required us to disclose information, we'd comply with the law, and we'd tell you unless the order forbade it.
Cookies and analytics
We use analytics tools (Vercel Analytics, optionally Google Analytics 4) to understand which pages get used and where the site is slow. These tools set small first-party measurement identifiers. We do not run ad-targeting cookies or sell analytics data to third parties. Your browser's "Do Not Track" signal is respected by Vercel Analytics out of the box; you can also block analytics globally via your browser settings or an extension.
Texts and SMS
If we add SMS in the future, opt-in will be explicit — you'll check a box and we'll send a confirmation message before any marketing or appointment-reminder texts. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We never share your phone number with third-party marketers, ever.

Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information in a material way, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify customers who have given us an email address. Continued use of the site after the update means you accept the revised policy.
