City limits also matter. A Mandeville mailing address outside the municipal system may be served by a different public provider, a subdivision system, or a private well. The name on the water bill comes before the report, and the report comes before a product recommendation.
Lakefront weather adds an installation consideration rather than a marketing slogan: keep controls and serviceable equipment protected, make the bypass accessible, and follow the serving utility after a pressure event.
